Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit, provided that:

• Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Clothing must have all original tags attached.
• Items are returned with their original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
• You contact us before sending any items back.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include personal hygiene products and any items identified as final sale on their product pages.

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at The Morning Hug.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@themorninghug.ca with your order number and photographs of the item, where applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@themorninghug.ca with:

• Your order number.
• The item you wish to return.
• The reason for your return.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
