Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
We ship across Canada and internationally. Standard shipping is $6.99 (free on orders over $75, and always free for Morning Hug Club members) with an estimated 2–5 business days. Express shipping is $13.99, and international shipping is $15.99.
What is the Morning Hug Club?
The Morning Hug Club is our $9.99/month membership (plus tax). Members get free standard delivery on every order and 5% off everything, applied automatically at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit, as long as they are unused, unworn, and have the original tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, personal hygiene products and final-sale items cannot be returned. Approved returns are issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. We charge the GST, HST, or PST that applies to your province or territory, calculated from your shipping address. You will see the exact tax amount in your order summary before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and the email you checked out with. You will also receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships.
How do loyalty points and store credit work?
Members collect 1 point per $1 spent, and every 100 points automatically becomes a $5 store credit you can apply at checkout. New accounts also receive a welcome bonus of 25 points.
